Subsidence Ltd accepts its responsibilities as an employer for providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, subcontractors, clients and members of the public who may be affected by our activities.
Method statements
Every project is preceded by a site‑specific risk assessment and method statement (RAMS) signed by the project lead. Operatives are briefed before any works commence.
Training & competence
All operatives hold a current CSCS card, manual handling certification and asbestos awareness training. Resin injection operatives carry an additional manufacturer‑accredited qualification.
Review
This policy is reviewed annually by the company directors and after any reportable incident, with the latest version published on this page.
