Our warranty is provided by Subsidence Ltd as the contracting party, underwritten by our long‑standing professional indemnity insurance. It transfers automatically with the property on sale — no admin, no fee.
What it covers
- Recurrence of subsidence movement in the treated area
- Cracking in finishes directly caused by movement in the treated area
- All re‑treatment costs including survey, materials and site reinstatement
- Engineer's time on site and remote
What it doesn't cover
- Movement caused by new external factors (e.g. a newly planted Leylandii on the adjacent boundary)
- Pre‑existing movement in an area outside the treated zone, where treatment was explicitly declined at the time of quote
- Cosmetic redecoration
