Subsidence Ltd (company no. 14860663) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website, by phone, and during the course of providing repair services. Our registered office is Unit 26, Winnington Business Park, Wolstencroft, Cheshire CW8 4DL.
What we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, contact details, property address and a description of the issue. During works we additionally hold survey notes, photographs and engineering reports. We do not collect special category data.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to prepare quotations, schedule works, deliver the repair and meet our legal obligations under the Building Safety Act and our insurer's requirements. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
